Warehouse Associate

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team Jacksonville, FL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by assisting with receiving, storing, assembling, and shipping water treatment products. You will help maintain an organized warehouse environment that ensures timely order fulfillment and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Assemble water treatment products as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work Monday through Friday, full-time.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.

• $18 / hour
• Quarterly bonuses based on profitability of the branch, inventory turns, and audit score.
