Superior Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness


• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently


• Participate in and follow daily safety briefings and procedures


• Fulfill customer and production orders accurately


• Organize and maintain inventory levels


• Prepare shipments for delivery and transport


• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas


• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments


• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures

Pay

• $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule That Works for Work–Life

• Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period:


• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday


• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday


• Work/Life balance. You receive full-time pay and benefits while enjoying built-in time off throughout the month.


• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred


• Forklift experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Reliable attendance and positive attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
