Warehouse Associate

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist with receiving, assembling, packaging, and shipping water treatment products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment that supports the company’s mission of delivering quality water treatment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Assemble and package water treatment products according to company standards.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and documentation.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for order and inventory tracking.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm

• $18 / hour
• Quarterly bonuses based on profitability of the branch, inventory turns, and audit score.
