Warehouse Associate

Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates in Chicopee, MA!

Pay Rate: $15.25 an hour

1st shift: Sunday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:30PM

2nd shift: Sunday -Friday, 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Move incoming and outgoing materials safely using pallet jacks or by hand


• Maintain inventory accuracy by sorting, labeling, and shelving products


• Prepare products for shipment, including boxing, wrapping, and palletizing


• Transport goods throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping


• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards


• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals

Warehouse Requirements:

• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for the full shift


• Strong attendance and punctuality


• Follow all safety rules and guidelines


• Work well with others in a fast‑paced environment


• Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required; training provided
