Warehouse Associate

Ignik Outdoors is hiring for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team. You’ll work alongside our small but mighty warehouse team at our Laramie, Wyoming warehouse, handling picking, packing, and shipping, keeping our workspace organized and clean, and assembling components into finished goods. Position Snapshot: 

• Reports to: Warehouse Manager
• Works closely with: Warehouse Operations Lead
• Time commitment: Part Time, scheduled hours Monday - Friday. Opportunity for more hours during our busy season Sept - Dec
• Location: Laramie, WY 
• Start date: 8/1/2026
• Compensation: $22 per hour
• FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt
• Travel: Occasional travel/overnights for company events may be required (1–2 times per year)

Primary Responsibilities 

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks on all outbound orders.
• Assemble components into finished goods according to product specifications and quality standards.
• Receive and store incoming inventory in designated locations, and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Complete daily progress logs and submit to Warehouse Manager.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, including workstations, shelving, and storage areas.
• Complete end-of-day checklist — break down/recycle boxes, put away unused inventory, and leave the staging area clean and organized. 
• Follow established quality standards and processes for assembly, packing, and shipping.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
• Suggest ideas for improving workspace organization and efficiency, and support the team in implementing process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other equipment that involves the use of arms, wrists, and hands.
