Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. 
• Verify packing slips and check products against purchase orders. 
• Accurately check in and organize inventory within the warehouse. 
• Pick, pull, and prepare materials and orders as needed. 
• Assist with packaging and staging items for delivery or pickup. 
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions. 
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and reporting discrepancies. 
• Support general warehouse operations and team needs as assigned.
• Other Duties as assigned.  

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred (not required). 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout shifts. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Basic computer skills (inventory or order systems a plus). 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Additional Notes:

• Probationary period of 90 days 
• Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired. 
• Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years. 
• Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral & written communication skills.  
• Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements.
