Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic warehouse team to help with shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This is a first shift opportunity in a temperature-controlled warehouse with long-term advancement opportunities.
Essential FunctionsThis job will be expected to complete the following functions. This is not an all-inclusive list. This job may be assigned other functions or tasks. This is meant to be a general description of the most essential functions only.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials to ensure accuracy
• Manage and organize inventory
• Prepare outbound shipments to be sent to customers
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage products safely and efficiently
• Assist the invoicing team for daily shipments
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, and BarTender for tracking inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ Years of experience in warehouse
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Effective problem solving skills
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
