Job Description - Warehouse Associate

Crossroads Courier, a leading local courier company based in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Warehouse Associate!

Job Purpose: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, managing inventory from various customers, and providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour
Biweekly pay

Schedule:

Monday through Friday - 11 AM to 8 PM
Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound shipping processes
Maintain accurate part inventories
Monitor and respond to emails
Ensure warehouse cleanliness
Foster and maintain customer relationships
Handle warehouse customer billing

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to walk and stand for the entire 8-hour shift
Capable of lifting 50-100 pounds
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
High School Diploma or GED required
