Warehouse Associate

We are constantly working towards creating the perfect balance of weight, durability, packability, and our products are field-tested in the world’s most demanding environments.  Sea to Summit was established in 1990 and currently has offices in Western Australia, North America, Germany, and China. We currently have an open for a Warehouse Associate to join our Outbound Warehouse team in the Broomfield Distribution Center. 

The Outbound Warehouse Associate will be responsible for unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and internal warehouse movement of both case quantities and less than case quantities of product. This position plays a key role in the accurate and efficient shipping of our products to our customers as well as ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained throughout the warehouse. Daily responsibilities may change depending on the shipping priorities and warehouse functions needed on the day. The ideal candidate would have strong attention to detail, be reliable, a quick learner and have the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position will work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:45pm.

• Have the ability to perform tasks under pressure and within a deadline driven environment
• Be able perform detail-oriented work to insure proper items and quantities are picked to arrive at customers in good condition.
• Be able to accurately follow directions and to quickly learn new procedures
• Have basic math and reading skills and will possess good oral communication skills
• Work well in a team and bring a positive attitude to it.
• Be reliable and have a solid work ethic, taking pride in what they do.
• Should be able and willing to perform physical work including extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, reaching and bending over. 
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time  position; located in Broomfield, Colorado. The starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
