Job Summary

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role helps maintain accurate inventory, organized storage areas, and efficient workflow while following company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Inspect products for accuracy and damage.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer or production orders accurately.
• Prepare shipments and load outbound trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Complete warehouse paperwork and scan inventory using handheld devices or computers.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs
