Job Description - Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for a regional facility in Sturbridge, MA. This company has built a reputation for reliability, quality product lines, and strong customer relationships across New England and is consistently expanding. This position would be a temporary to hire based upon performance and attendance.

 

Location: Sturbridge, MA 

Pay: $20.00/hourly + frequent overtime

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5:00am - 1:00pm (or until work is completed) 

 

Responsibilities:



  • Operate forklift to move pipe, load flatbeds, and other large equipment

  • Load, unload, and move materials through warehouse

  • Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders

  • Maintain accurate inventory records

  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards


 

Qualifications:



  • Prior forklift experience is required

  • Ability to move up to 50lbs frequently

  • Reliable team player with strong attendance record
