Warehouse Associate

Open Positions and Shifts
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Saturday work is expected, with Sunday work potentially required.
• At least one year of forklift operating experience is required for both positions.

Required Qualifications
• At least one year of forklift operating experience.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand measurements involving weight, volume, and temperature.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes or trays weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Minimum education equivalent to sixth grade; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick, prepare, and verify customer orders to ensure accurate shipments.
• Ensure the correct quantities and types of products are loaded for shipment.
• Stock, organize, and store warehouse materials and supplies.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and losses to the supervisor.
• Complete required quality assurance and annual training, including allergen awareness, hygiene, sanitation, safety, HACCP, and GMP procedures.
• Ensure warehouse supplies and products meet established quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with team members and other departments.
• Follow all plant safety, food safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift or carry boxes and trays weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to work within strict production and shipping deadlines.

Work Environment
• Work in areas maintained at approximately 45–60°F.
• Work in coolers maintained at approximately 25–40°F and freezers reaching temperatures as low as -10°F.
• Work around food preparation and packaging equipment while following applicable safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, neat uniform and comply with hygiene requirements.
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
