Compensation: 

• Starting hourly rate for this position is: $18.00 per hour


• Pay is based on job-related experience

Schedules:

• Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am 5:30 pm 


• Location: This position is at the St. Michael facility full time.

Essential Functions:

• Operator power pallet jack, forklift, order picker and RF scanner


• Pick orders throughout the warehouse and assure product is properly stacked and organized on pallets


• Receive and load product carefully, efficiently and correctly


• Fill order selections and places in pick slots in a timely manner


• Perform special projects and needed/requested

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work independently 


• Team player - builds and maintains positive relationships with team, other departments, as well as customers. 


• Ability to read and write in English


• Attention to detail


• Beginner level computer skills to operate RF Scanner and complete training

Physical and Environmental Factors:

• Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning


• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.


• Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods) in addition continuously moving on and off the pallet jack.


• Subject to temperatures ranging from -10 degrees to 32 degrees constantly
