Artisan Technology Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Product Disassembly Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with technical product disassembly and preparation for resale. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and enjoys working both physically and methodically with equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Organize incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
Load and palletize inventory in accordance with company standards (including operating a forklift as needed)
Pick and prepare inventory to fulfill customer orders
Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
Identify and suggest improvements to warehouse processes and workflows
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating smoothly on a daily basis
Product Disassembly & Processing
Safely and methodically disassemble industrial and electronic equipment
Research and verify product information using online resources
Photograph inventory and prepare items for listing and sale
The ability to manage workflow while staying organized.
Maintain organized workflows and track progress across tasks
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Ability to manage workflow and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
Forklift experience (preferred)
Basic understanding of standard warehouse procedures
Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Traits
Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with tools and equipment
Curious and resourceful when researching technical products
Reliable, consistent, and safety-conscious
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team improvements

Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Three weeks of PTO (with one week available at date of hire)
