Warehouse Associate - Dynamic Team

Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Utilize forklifts to load and unload shipments, transport materials to designated storage areas, and assist in the bottling process.

Order Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment to customers by picking and packing products according to order specifications. Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of shipments to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Bottling Assistance: Assist in the bottling process by handling bottles, filling them with spirits, and labeling them accurately. Work closely with production staff to maintain efficient workflow and ensure timely completion of bottling tasks.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and reconciling any discrepancies. Assist in the organization and storage of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products within the warehouse.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control checks on incoming materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

Shipping and Receiving: Assist in the receiving of incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or purchase orders. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including boxes and cases of spirits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
