Warehouse Associate - Join a Market Leader

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations.

• Contract to possible hire
• Pay $19 to $21 an hour
• 100% onsite

Responsibilities

Receiving and Processing Shipments: Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and process them for storage or distribution.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts, updating inventory systems, and organizing warehouse shelves.

Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from designated locations, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipping or delivery.

Shipping and Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery or pick up by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling packages, and coordinating with shipping carriers.

Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

General Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following established procedures for waste disposal, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
