🔧 What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and scanners to fulfill and track orders
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers through email and internal systems
• Take initiative to solve problems and improve daily workflows
• Work on your feet for most of your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

We’re looking for team members who bring a sharp mind, strong work ethic, and the drive to grow — whether or not you’ve worked in a warehouse before. If you’ve got basic tech skills, can think on your feet, and take ownership of your work, you’ll go far here. Experience in modern fulfillment centers (like Amazon) is a plus, but not required.

• Have strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Are comfortable using technology (scanners, tablets, WMS, etc.)
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Are motivated to learn and grow into new opportunities
• Live in or near Fort Myers, FL and have reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check

• Payment from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience. We are open to negotiate salaries for the right candidates
