Warehouse Associate - Powers - Northwest Arkansas

We do this by providing the right equipment for the right application, setting it up to maximize both comfort and efficiency, making sure everything is operating the way it’s supposed to, and servicing all major HVAC equipment and controls. Powers Warehouse Associates interact with every employee within the company. They ship and receive items to and from all Powers locations. Warehouse Associates are also expected to assist other areas, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)


• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)


• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits


• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization


• Complete diary logs into inventory


• Report any discrepancies


• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers


• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment


• Support Fleet Manager with various fleet duties


• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations


• Assist customers in the Parts Store


• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Good organizational and time management skills


• Exceptional Customer service


• Consistent Growth mindset


• Forklift experience a plus


• HVAC knowledge a plus
