Warehouse Associate - Shipping

Location: New Berlin, WI

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $19.50-$20.50/hour, based on experience

This position is based primarily in shipping and order fulfillment while providing opportunities to support other warehouse functions as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using RF scanners


• Inspecting products for accuracy and quality utilizing bolt gauges and other inspection tools


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment


• Assisting in Receiving, Kitting, and other warehouse functions as needed


• Following established safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies


• Supporting team objectives to ensure efficient warehouse operations

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated individual who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively to a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or related warehouse operations


• Forklift experience preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills


• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team


• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
