FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 5 pm - 3:30 am

Compensation: $20 per hr

About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll make sure the right products get to the right place at the right time — whether it’s receiving incoming materials or preparing shipments to leave our doors. What You’ll Do

As our Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate, you’ll be the link between production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. You will:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, pack, and label orders according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and tracking.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations, keeping warehouse areas clean and safe.
• Support cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits.
• Follow all safety procedures and help promote a safe working environment.

What You Bring

You don’t need to have years of experience to succeed here — we’ll give you the tools and training to grow. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving (preferred but not required).
• Comfort working with shipping software, tracking systems, and basic computer tools.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work on your feet for most of the shift.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Lifting: Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Environment: Exposure to loud noise, temperature changes, and typical warehouse conditions.
• Physical Activities: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, crouching, reaching, and grasping as needed.
• PPE: Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear required.
• Vision/Dexterity: Manual dexterity with ability to perform tasks requiring close and distance vision, color recognition, and depth perception.
