JOB SUMMARY 

This is a hands-on position responsible for warehouse operations, material handling, deliveries, and related customer support functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Warehouse Duties:

· Unload deliveries and inspect materials for damage, accuracy (style, color, quantity), and quality. 

· Store, restock, and stage materials for jobs.

· Marks materials with identifying information

· Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.

· Identify and report damaged goods to the appropriate department lead.

· Communicate with field staff/customers and coordinate with team members regarding delivery schedules and requirements.

· Perform general warehouse duties as required by management.

Delivery Duties:

· Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic regulations.

· Transport products to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS  

Required Qualifications

· Ability to follow instructions and work under general supervision. 

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 

· Basic math skills required to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory and shipments

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. 

· Ability to meet attendance requirements. 

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Skilled in using a forklift, preferred verifiable forklift certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

· Able to work in extreme temperatures.

· Able to work in areas with high activity and noise levels

· Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 50+ pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

· Working conditions may involve extreme temperatures and noise levels.

· Warehouse environment

· May have to meet tight deadlines.

· Standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, and forklifts.
