Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co., home of the RivetKing® brand, is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our shipping and receiving team. We are an established manufacturer and distributor of fastening products looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in doing accurate work, and works well as part of a team.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Full-time, on-site position
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Occasional overtime
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately
- Prepare and ship orders using FedEx and freight carriers
- Print shipping labels and required paperwork
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Stock materials in assigned warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate a forklift to move and stock materials
- Complete basic shipping and inventory transactions using our computer system
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
