Cleaner / Forklift Operator

Location: Loris, SC
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Starting at 8:00 AM and working until approximately 6:30 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy Cleaner / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at a busy facility in Loris, SC.

This position is primarily responsible for keeping the facility clean, organized, and safe, but candidates must also have previous forklift experience and be comfortable assisting with warehouse duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in maintaining a clean workplace, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse, production, and common work areas

• Sweep, mop, remove trash, and perform general facility cleaning

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

• Operate a forklift safely when needed

• Move, organize, and transport materials throughout the facility

• Safely fill and change propane tanks used for forklifts

• Assist with general warehouse and facility duties as assigned

• Lift, carry, move, and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs

• Follow all company safety procedures

• Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues

• Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required

• Experience safely handling or filling propane for forklifts preferred

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

• Must be comfortable performing physical cleaning and warehouse duties

• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and responsible

• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week

• Ability to work starting at 8:00 AM through approximately 6:30 PM

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Must follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
