Warehouse Clerk (2nd Shift)

A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation support of an aviation maintenance environment (MRO) and warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, and shipping parts and materials.

2nd Shift - Hours 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill Aircraft Asset Requests (ARs), including routine, priority, and AOG requirements to support maintenance schedules and minimize aircraft downtime


• Prepare and stage Pre-draw parts prior to aircraft arrival, ensuring all materials are picked, verified, and organized by Work Order/Task Card


• Perform accurate system transactions in the inventory management system (issue, transfer, bin, receive, scrap, and shelf-life updates)


• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and material audits to maintain high inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance


• Manage shelf-life controlled, hazardous, and chemical materials in accordance with safety and environmental standards


• Support multiple stockroom and Distribution Center locations as operational needs require


• Coordinate directly with Maintenance, Interiors, and other departments to ensure timely material availability


• Maintain organized cages, kitting processes, labeling standards, and FIFO practices to ensure traceability and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, MRO, or regulated inventory environments preferred


• Familiarity with ERP/inventory control systems


• Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive (AOG) situations


• Strong prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail is essential for accurately managing inventory and processing orders


• The role often requires lifting heavy boxes and parts and being on one's feet for extended periods of time. 


• Often work as part of a team, so good communication and collaboration skills are necessary


• Forklift qualified
