The Position:

We're looking for a Warehouse Clerk to receive, store, and distribute parts, supplies, and other items from the warehouse, outbuildings, and other locations. Work schedule will primarily be 645am-300pm Monday-Friday.

In this role, you would:

Receive freight and material deliveries. Review shipping documents and provide proof of delivery as required.

Inspect incoming goods for damage and reject shipments as necessary.

Verify accuracy of quantities received. Record shortages when appropriate.

Unpack, sort, label and relocate orders to designated storage locations.

Operate freight transfer equipment to safely load/unload shipments and move goods throughout the warehouse and yard.

Assemble orders, prepare shipments utilizing proper packing techniques, and attach delivery instructions and packing slips to each outbound requisition.

Organize and place stock on shelves, monitor inventory and identify product code discrepancies.

Adhere to company safety policies including, but not limited to, equipment operation, material storage and the use of personal protective equipment.

Ensure warehouse and stockrooms are secure at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

The Candidate:

Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Must be punctual and dependable.

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Basic to moderate computer skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Prior experience working in a warehouse, stockroom, or heavy equipment shop.

Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, and other freight transfer equipment.
