Warehouse Compliance, CTPAT and ISO - 1894086 - Room for Advancement

Overview: The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-4 years of experience in warehouse

operations and compliance, with a strong focus on ISO (especially in ISO9001_QMS) and CTPAT

requirements (especially in 3PL type). The primary responsibilities will include overseeing

compliance with ISO (50%) and CTPAT (40%), as well as other warehouse compliance standards

(10%). Additionally, the candidate will be involved in warehouse setup and risk assessment

activities and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with ISO and CTPAT standards, comprising 90% of the role's focus.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure

adherence to compliance standards of CTPAT (inclusive documentation review).

Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance (ISO, CTPAT)

with regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff on compliance matters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement

corrective actions.

Assist in the setup of new warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant

regulations and standards.

Conduct risk assessments of warehouse setup and operations to identify potential

hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Approximately 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance.

In-depth knowledge of ISO and CTPAT standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
