Warehouse Coordinator 22 Per Hour - Urgent Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with dispatchers and truckers to schedule deliveries and departures
• Utilize their computer shipping system to log inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and processed in the system
• Utilize Microsoft excel and outlook to input data
• Work with the customer service team to provide updates for delivery



** This position is an "in office" position **

Must Haves:

• Experience with data entry and computers, especially Excel
• Comfortability speaking with trucks drivers to schedule pick ups and deliveries
• 2+ years warehouse experience

Shift and Pay:

• Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM $20 - $23 / HR
• OT until 6PM when needed
