We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support our team with SAP/ERP data input and management, along with various operational tasks in our warehouse facility. This role will provide valuable experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.       SAP/ERP Data Entry and Management:

• Input, update, and maintain data in the SAP/ERP system related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure accuracy of data and make necessary adjustments to align with operational changes.
• Generate reports from the SAP/ERP system to support warehouse operations.

2.       Paperwork Verification:

• Verify all incoming and outgoing paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentation.

3.       Monthly Inventory and Invoicing:

• Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Support the finance department by helping to compile monthly invoices based on inventory and shipment data.

4.       Clerical and Administrative Support:

• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
• Support the warehouse team with various administrative tasks as needed.

5.       Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in other tasks as required by warehouse operations, including helping with special projects or urgent operational needs.

• High school diploma required
• Entry, No experience
• Korean Bilingual required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions to ensure operational continuity
• Ability to Travel: up to 10 % in U.S.
• Working Hour:    8 am ~ 8 pm, 8 pm ~ 8 am (Night Shift 20:00 ~ 08:00). This shift is usually 12 hours, 2 days of work and 2 days off.
• This position is primarily based in a 24/7 manufacturing facility and may require changing shifts
• This role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or address operational issues.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
