Position Summary:
Inventories all goods, including sorting, counting, organizing, and accounting for differences. Process orders, deliver, transfer and maintain stock and goods. Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse and track all movement. Submit purchase requests, contract vendors and ensure flow of goods.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Receiving and scheduling
 Process freight claims for incoming damaged equipment
 Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and cycle counts
 Maintain and promote high standards of customer service with internal and external inventory management
 Accurately perform receiving and shipping transactions as materials move through operations
 Keep internal scorecard clean
 Keep track of all printed shipper and transfers
 Work with the logistic team to ensure high on-time delivery rate
 Order validating
 Daily Cash Log
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
 Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, entering and tracking information
 Communicate effectively and work in a team environment
 Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and written skills
 Result focused and an attention to detail
 Ensure compliance with OSHA procedures and practices
 Adept knowledge/understanding of Sage (CRT’s, XFR’s, Shippers, Stock Adjustments, Reports, Credit Memo’s, etc.)
 Team Building and Positive Leadership Skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
 This position has been designated as a safety sensitive position
Education and Experience:
 Associates degree or equivalent experience.
 Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
 Forklift operating experience/certification preferred
