Warehouse Dispatcher - Weekly Pay - Competitive Pay

Gojob is hiring a temp-to-perm⠀Warehouse Dispatcher⠀in⠀Nashville, TN⠀for a global logistics company.

Shifts & Pay:⠀

• 1st Shift (Mon-Fri): 7am - 5pm - $18.50
• 1st Shift (Wed-Sun): 7am - 5pm - $19

Responsibilities:⠀

• Monitor Daily discrepancy reports.
• Research and resolve errors, issues and/or discrepancies via WMS and various systems.
• Data entry, maintain necessary documentation and files, and review carrier paperwork for accuracy.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
• Heavy interaction with warehouse operators, carriers and warehouse logistics team.
• Schedule daily workload and department personnel.

Qualifications:

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good mathematical skill.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
