Our warehouse is the heartbeat of the company — and we’re looking for a Warehouse Distribution Lead who’s ready to take ownership, lead a small but mighty team, and keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled wrench.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader for our warehouse crew — organizing, training, and making sure everything flows like clockwork. You’ll set the tone, model our core values, and make sure materials and people are always moving in the right direction.

In a typical day, you’ll:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team (yes — you’ll have direct reports!)
• Manage distribution processes and standard operating procedures
• Train new hires and keep everyone sharp on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Plan and allocate materials to meet operational and production goals
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running tight
• Communicate clearly across teams — from field techs to delivery drivers to leadership
• Track product inventory and upload photos through company software
• Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed — you’re not just managing, you’re leading from the front

WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives on teamwork, structure, and problem-solving. You take pride in your work, show up early, and don’t wait to be told what to do — you just do it.

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license (DOT Medical Card or ability to get one — company paid!)
• Able to lift 75 lbs — this is real work with physical requirements with added bonus of your own desk, too.
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Self-starter who embraces change and owns results!
