Warehouse (Forklift) Draft Loader

Pepin’s Warehouse Forklift Operator's work in a fast-paced warehouse environment ensuring all keg orders get loaded into the proper trucks for next-day delivery. 

Work Schedule: Full-time: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM until all orders are complete

Starting Pay: $21 per hour (includes weekly overtime and bonus opportunity)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Using Forklift and Warehouse Management System to load orders into the proper trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with keg and draught product movement within the Warehouse.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment always and adheres to strict safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable.
• Report obvious vehicular equipment malfunctions or safety problems to supervisor immediately.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification
• Prefer previous forklift experience 
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
• Regular and Punctual attendance per the Attendance Guidelines 

• Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
• Continuous standing and walking during shift
• Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
• Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of various packages with weights up to 100 pounds
