Warehouse Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will handle the receiving, staging, and shipping of industrial metal parts, ensuring safe operation and material handling throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment and is skilled in operating a forklift. Additionally, you will occasionally provide professional customer service during client drop-offs and pickups.

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts
  
  


• Maintain an organized warehouse floor
  
  


• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers
  
  


• Adhere to strict safety guidelines
  
  


• Package and palletize products and goods
  
  


• Resolve minor shipping or pickup discrepancies
  
  


• Assist customers and delivery drivers
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
  
  


• Proven forklift operator experience
  
  


• Basic computer literacy
  
  


• Strong interpersonal skills
  
  


• Ability to lift and move 40-50 lbs unassisted
  
  


• Capability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended times
