• Describe the physical requirements, (i.e. lifting, walking between 5 buildings, moving equipment) : In the position of Warehouse Generalist you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of all warehousing functions involving, retrieving, moving, and stacking merchandise. Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product using material handling equipment. Documents and maintains inventory. Picks and Packs orders throughout the warehouse. Documents and maintains inventory and ensures warehouse area s organization and cleanliness. Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Qualifications Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English. Must have the ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with great attention to detail. Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within specific timeframe given. Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and shift priorities easily. Must be able to use proper technique to lift 50+ pounds Must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods. Ensure good communication with co-workers and management. Basic computer skills to look up inventory. Assist other departments as necessary Computer skills
