About the Role

Petra Brands is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations and lead our team of associates. In this role, you will ensure the efficient flow of materials, manage receiving and shipping processes, and optimize inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates to improve productivity and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Coordinate receiving and distribution processes to maintain inventory accuracy and quality control.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and communicate with leadership on any issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with prior leadership experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and warehouse best practices.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
