Warehouse Lead - Get Hired Fast

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient sourcing and loading of orders. Your primary responsibility will be to direct the traffic in the warehouse, keeping a smooth workflow from one department to another. You will interact frequently with drivers, operators, and others, letting them know where to go and which trucks need to be loaded. You will be seated in the office next to our main client, USPS, making communication a key aspect of this role. You will also be expected to spend a majority of your day in the office, working on tasks such as data entry and excel tasks. With a responsibility for approximately 260 to 285 trailers per week, you must be organized and capable of multitasking.

• Location: Jacksonville, FL (westside)
• Shift: 6:00am-3:30pm (overtime available)
• Pay: $23-$26/hr
• Coordinating truck drivers and dispatching
• Utilize excel and proprietary system to manage workflow
• Manage forklift operators and the loading and unloading of distribution trucks
• Communicating with various departments to ensure timely loading of trucks

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, warehouse coordinating required
• Ability to use Excel, SAP, and ERP systems
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics leadership experience
• Ability to work overtime (including Saturdays) when required
