Warehouse Logistics

Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation coordination. Ensures products and materials are accurately processed, safely handled, and moved efficiently throughout the warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.


• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.


• Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures and material-handling equipment.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as needed.


• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.


• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, bills of lading, and related paperwork.


• Track incoming and outgoing freight and communicate shipment updates.


• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.


• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.


• Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping errors and report them appropriately.


• Work with purchasing, transportation, customer service, and other departments to resolve logistics issues.


• Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and established warehouse procedures.


• Meet productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.


• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Basic computer and inventory-management skills.


• Ability to read shipping documents, labels, and inventory information.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
