Job Title: Warehouse Lumper

**Job Summary:**
As a warehouse lumper, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading freight, organizing warehouse inventory, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers manually or with the use of equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
2. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping manifests or invoices to ensure accuracy.
3. Sort, stack, and organize goods in designated warehouse areas according to company procedures.
4. Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory records.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and security regulations.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.
4. Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
8. Valid driver's license and forklift certification (if required).

**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions within the warehouse environment.

**Work Environment:**
