What you'll do: 

As one of the Warehouse Managers, you’ll be a key component to ensure the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC service technicians have what they need to serve our customers. You’ll use your problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to ensure materials, inventory, and invoicing are always correct. Here's what your day-to-day could look like: 

  • Manage inventory: ordering, shipping, receiving, and field distribution.
  • Assist in securing and organizing delivery loads.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and optimize restocking processes.
  • Collaborate with department leads on inventory planning.
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse, field, and office teams.
  • Process warranty claims. 
  • Operate and manage different software programs (Microsoft Office, inventory platforms, etc.).
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment. 
  • Occasionally pick up or deliver parts using company vehicle.
  • Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
  • Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • Lift, bend, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required!
