Whizz is an innovative e-bike/e-moped subscription service catering to delivery drivers in the US. We partner with leading companies like DoorDash and Grubhub, offering affordable $169/month rental subscriptions to independent delivery workers. In just three years, Whizz has grown rapidly, managing a fleet of 4,000 e-bikes across the US, achieving a remarkable 100% year-over-year growth rate. Our mission is to serve an underserved audience of gig workers, aiming to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team of 150 people is expanding quickly.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in New Jersey. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth e-bike handling, and a well-organized warehouse environment that supports our rapid growth and service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Unload and load shipments, verify product counts, update records, and monitor stock levels.
• E-bike Handling: Retrieve, sort, and prepare bikes for delivery or repair; assist with loading/unloading based on operational demand.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, labeled, and hazard-free space while ensuring bikes are sorted by model and condition.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools to manage materials and bike movement.
• Quality Control & Safety: Conduct final inspections on bikes before release and follow all safety protocols in the warehouse.

• Able to lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Highly attentive to detail and efficiency when handling bikes and accessories.
• Committed to safety and familiar with basic warehouse protocols.
• Basic knowledge of e-bikes is a plus — but not required.
