Warehouse Manager

ArrowFeather Logistics Solutions, LLC is a U.S.-based logistics and supply chain company providing comprehensive warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment services. We support multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Temu) as well as B2B clients. Our Pomona warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient product movement across domestic and international markets.

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Pomona warehouse operations. This role will initially manage a team of ~7 employees, with future opportunities to scale as our business grows. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, data-driven, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English & Mandarin), capable of leading operations while driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize storage utilization, improve picking and turnover efficiency.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, ensuring a clean and compliant work environment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking timeliness, productivity, overtime control).

E-commerce & FBA Fulfillment

• Manage Amazon FBA replenishment and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Supervise order fulfillment for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Amazon FBM, Temu, and other platforms.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipping meet compliance and platform requirements.

Team Management

• Lead a ~7-person warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Implement efficiency improvements while controlling unnecessary overtime.
• Prepare to expand team capacity in line with business growth.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, resolve logistics exceptions, and optimize transportation costs.
• Analyze inventory and implement replenishment strategies to improve turnover efficiency.

• Language: Bilingual in Mandarin & English (required).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience (e-commerce and Amazon FBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and Excel.
• Background in international logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Skills:
• Data-driven problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory control, and distribution management.
• Forklift certification or hands-on equipment experience required.
