Warehouse Manager

As the Warehouse Manager at Bath Experts, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products for installation. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing daily load outs, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing logistics, inventory management, and safety performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouses including the following functions: receiving inbound deliveries, material storage, product inventory, outbound deliveries, daily installation load outs, etc.
• Oversee the daily installation load out process including properly staging all necessary paperwork and materials in the designated staging areas and assisting the installation teams loading materials into company work trucks.
• Collaborate with various departments including installation, customer experience, and procurement to maintain accurate inventory of materials necessary for installation and service.
• Responsible for inventory management. Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on inventory levels for all supplies and materials.
• Oversee the layout and organization of the warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of all applicable warehouse space.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and local regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOL, EEOC).

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50-75+ pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with various departments.
