Warehouse Manager

New Image Leasing is a growing furniture rental and leasing company serving Colorado and surrounding states. We provide flexible furniture solutions for residential rentals, corporate housing, staging projects, and temporary living situations. Our team is committed to delivering excellent customer service, timely delivery and pick-up, and well-maintained inventory to ensure our clients’ needs are met with professionalism and care. We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics support. The Warehouse Manager will oversee the receiving, storage, staging, and shipping of rental furniture and related products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains warehouse safety and organization, coordinates with delivery teams, and contributes to efficient operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of furniture and equipment
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse team members to meet operational goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Collaborate with delivery and logistics coordinators to schedule and track shipments
• Ensure warehouse safety compliance, proper equipment use, and clean, organized workspaces
• Coordinate with management on space allocation, product staging, and inventory replenishment
• Implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and reduce errors
• Address and resolve operational issues or delays in a timely and professional manner

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably in furniture rental, distribution, or logistics environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Proficiency with inventory systems and warehouse management tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items and operate warehouse equipment safely
• Solid communication skills with internal teams and external partners
