Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and efficiently manage all internal warehouse departments, including inbound, outbound, picking, returns, parts, and inventory.
- Coordinate and oversee the timely scheduling, unloading, and storage of delivery containers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate picking, auditing, and loading of all orders.
- Provide training and cross-training opportunities to staff as required.
- Oversee the employee training and certification process to enhance team competence.
- Uphold and enforce adherence to safety protocols among all warehouse staff.
- Maintain availability of necessary supplies and tools for efficient warehouse operations.
- Schedule equipment repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and reinforce operational policies and procedures for streamlined processes.
- Regularly monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and quality standards.
- Undertake any additional duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by management.
