The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations supporting our client's
distribution of industrial valves, couplings, fittings, and related fluid-handling products.
This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and safe handling
of industrial components.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics experience in an industrial
distribution or manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $80K-$90K.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain an organized warehouse layout and material flow.
Inventory Control
Strong knowledge of RF scanner practices.
Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper handling of industrial components and materials.
Team Leadership
Supervise and schedule daily activities for a warehouse sta of 30.
Train employees in safety, equipment use, and SOP's.
Monitor productivity and performance.
Lead daily warehouse operations from the floor, working alongside the team during peak hours to ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and workflow bottlenecks in real time.Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Maintain equipment, housekeeping inspections, and maintenance.
Ensure proper storage of industrial products.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvements for efficiency and cost control.
Support the implementation of warehouse systems and procedures.
Qualifications
5 years minimum proven supervisory and a minimum of 3 years' management
experience.
Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Experience with startup or reorganization is preferred.
ERP systems experience is required; Epicor preferred.
WMS/RF experience required.
MS Office suite proficiency.
Forklift Train the Trainer certification (or ability to obtain).
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
High school diploma required.
2–4-year degree preferred
