Position Requirements

The Warehouse Manager position will perform the following duties:
* Directs all warehouse operations including shipping and receiving product
* Handles management-related duties such as recruiting, retaining, and ensuring the proper training of quality employees in a positive, professional manner
* Knows how to conduct inventory and oversees all inventory control activities.
* Conducts receiving audits to guarantee reduction in receiving errors
* Develops warehouse supervisors and provides leadership to the whole team day and night shifts
* Manages MHE and Facility Maintenance team to ensure proper building maintenance and PMs are thoroughly and timely completed
* Responsible for all facility and food audits and recalls
* Able to pass USDA, FDA and Silliker Food Audits
* Ensures proper picking and loading operations
* Documents materials and supplies shipped
* Ensures proper sanitation as needed
* Manages all warehouse departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
* Comfortable with high-volume shipping
* Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals
* Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
* Ability to train and certify forklift (RC and Reach) and pallet jack (singles & doubles) operators
* Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff we well as maintain strong working relationships
* Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 + years of experience managing and developing salaried staff
5 + years of experience in warehouse
Working knowledge of industry safety regulations
Expert certified Forklift (RC and Reach) and Pallet Jack (singles & doubles) operator. If not certified, must be able to complete certification within 30 days on the job
Must be HACCP trained and certified
Must have knowledge of a industrial/commercial refrigeration warehouse and maintenance of compressors/evaporators
Must know how to manage PM program for automatic dock levelers, high speed doors, and racking
Must be able to work any shift that team works in order to manage and correct behaviors to include, nights, early mornings and occasional weekends
Willing to work 10-12 hour shift most of the time standing and walking
Physically capable of lifting, pulling and pushing 50 pounds regularly
