Company Description:

We’re currently working on a search with a nimble manufacturer and distributor to the food & beverage, personal care, cosmetics and industrial industries. As they look to take their supply chain to the next level, they are looking to upgrade their talent in the warehouse – starting at the top with a new Warehouse Manager.

Position Description:

Responsible for all warehouse operations including supervising a team of 10 employees responsible for receipt, shipment, transfer, inventory control and order fulfillment.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees.

Maintain service and on-time delivery levels.

Implement process improvements that support order fulfillment, warehousing and inventory accuracy.

Background Required:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar.

Strong communication skills with a ‘team player” mentality, and a ”do what it takes to get the job done” attitude.

Working knowledge of a WMS is preferred.

Miscellaneous:

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000.
