Warehouse Manager - Collaborative Environment

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing or construction industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

  Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, sales counter, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory levels and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations, striving to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
