Warehouse Manager - Join a Leading Company

Role Overview:
This role is responsible in ensuring a safe and fully optimized warehouse. The ideal candidate would have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of standard warehouse practices, familiarity with Odoo and enjoy working with people. The ability to be a team player and multi-task while provide strong customer service is essential to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of personnel involved in receiving, storing, and dispatching products or materials.
• Strategize, develop, and execute safety and security protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of the warehouse, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Coordinate and direct subordinate staff to ensure adherence to organizational standards and goals.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to synchronize logistics with key business functions such as sales, order management, and accounting.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive operational procedures, both standard and emergency, for handling, storing, and shipping products.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel and management.
• Maintain detailed records including metrics, reports, customer service logs, and safety documentation.
• Develop and execute plans for facility enhancements or expansions, including equipment procurement and layout modifications.
• Drive internal and external system/process improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Analyze invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to strategize staffing and task allocation for peak performance periods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skillsets:

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of relevant job experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Odoo
• High attention to detail and ability to use logic and reasoning
• Strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Knowledge of warehousing management and safety guidelines
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with others
• Forklift certified. Can train and certify onsite if not certified

Pay range $25-$28 Hourly
