Warehouse Manager - Urgent Role

This Warehouse Manager Position Features:

Responsibilities:

Lead, direct, and guide the warehouse team in all aspects of warehouse operations and daily activities.
Oversee receiving, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.
Implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
Utilize NetSuite ERP system for inventory management, order processing, and logistics planning, ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage.
Optimize layouts, workflows, and warehouse space utilization for efficiency.
Facilitate training to ensure staff understand and adhere to procedures for productivity, accuracy, and safety.
Collaborate with leads to maintain accurate inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, promoting a culture of cleanliness and safety.
Coordinate with other teams to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
Complete necessary regular reporting for management.
Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and distribution professionals.
Ensure proper storage of products according to safety procedures.
Guide team in resolving discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
Contribute to the development of warehouse processes and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, and safety standards.
5+ years of experience leading operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with a successful track record of team building.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in ERP Systems such as NetSuite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like RF Smart.
Proficient in MS Excel including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
Forklift certification desired.
Self-starter with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Dependable and proactive with the ability to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency.
Independent problem solver.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
